About Jodie Brooks

I’m Jodie Brooks, a fully licensed real estate agent and founder of JODIE BROOKS Real Estate, a boutique residential sales and property advisory business based in the Redlands region of Queensland. I work with homeowners across Redlands, Brisbane and Logan, providing experienced, personalised advice for people considering a move or preparing to sell their home. For me, a successful property sale starts well before a home goes on the market. I help my clients make informed decisions about preparation, presentation, pricing and marketing, then personally guide the campaign through buyer management, negotiation and settlement. Every property and every homeowner is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to real estate. I take the time to understand the property, the current market and what my client wants to achieve before recommending a strategy. Clients deal directly with me throughout the entire process. This provides continuity, accountability and clear communication, while allowing me to remain closely involved in every decision and every negotiation. While Redlands is my home market, I also list and sell properties throughout Brisbane and Logan and work with clients further afield through referrals and my broader professional network.
